1) First decide which leg your gonna start with, lets say the left. Bend your left knee and put your left foot a few inches from the ground.
2) Have your right leg and foot straight.
3) Now here is the key .. slide the straight foot across the floor and when you stop change your pose to the opposite leg like in step one and two !
4) Keep doing these steps until your ready to stop and do robots>
To do it right looks good but try to add hand movements like your pulling yourself on a rope etc..
Always watch behind yourself or you're hurt yourself!
When I do it my feet do a glide thing which I can't describe but it does.
If you like robots just watch films and copy them thats what I do. Try Robocop thats the best one !!!!!!!
